By signing up for this activity, you are indicating that you (and the persons you had signed up for) have read and are agreeable to the following;
- You are proceeding with the activity base on your full and free consent.
- Should there be unfavorable weather or unforeseen circumstances on the date of the event, the activity shall be canceled. Ground-Up Initiative (GUI) or any staff or person in the organization will not bear any consequences resulting from the cancellation of the said activity.
- You shall not be entitled to claim any compensation or other relief from the organization (e.g. Ground-Up Initiative (GUI)) or against any staff or person in the organization in respect of any injury/accident/loss which you may sustain/suffer while in the activity.
- All expenses that may be incurred in the treatment of such injuries will be borne by you and no claim will be referred to the organization on this account.
