Earth Oven Pizza Workshop
Bake using one-of-a-kind earth oven in Singapore. Join us in this baking experience at Ground-Up Initiative, and bring home gourmet pizzas baked in an ancient, time-honoured way. Suitable for all ages.

Venue: Kampung Kampus, 91 Lorong Chencharu, Singapore 769201 (10 min walk from Khatib MRT)
Note: A minimum of 8 pax is required to start the workshop. Maximum 10 adult participants. We will update within a week of the workshop date. Should the workshop be unable to proceed, we will contact you for the next available date, or transfer your credit to another workshop. Please help to spread the word!
An adult can bring one child (between 8 & 12 years old) at no additional fee.Please indicate age in comments if you are bringing along your child!

If you are looking for a unique farm-to-table experience in the rustic wilder side of urban Singapore, you’ve come to the right place!
We will welcome you to our organic farm, giving you an overview of our values and practices at Ground-Up Initiative.
You are welcome to be creative with your pizza toppings. Some delicious possibilities are blue pea flowers (to colour your dough), mulberry (for a sweet touch on the pizza), papaya (which can shredded and mixed with the cheese), basil (for spice), and kale!
Then we will kick off our wood-fired, plant-based pizza-making experience. You will be taught the process of making pizza dough by hand, including the basic techniques of kneading and proofing dough.
We will then bake the pizza in the earth oven. Each participant gets to pack home two gourmet pizzas. Please bring containers that are big enough to contain two 7-inch pizzas.
