Earth Oven Pizza Workshop
Earth Oven version 2 is up, rebuilt bigger and better! Discovery how to make delicious pizzas and breads baked in this ancient, time-honoured way in the Nature’s Food Series.

Do you know that we have an Earth Oven built in Singapore – through the power of community? Discovery how to make delicious pizza baked in this ancient, time-honoured way in our Nature’s Food Series.
Join us in this hands-on fun food adventure! We will kick off with vegetarian pizzas*.
Making Margheritta pizza:
- Make pizza dough by hand – basic techniques of kneading and proofing dough
- Cover pizza with toppings
- Bake pizza in earth oven – techniques of setting up woodfire, loading and unloading of the pizza and info about the right oven temperature, timing.
Each participant will get to bake one piece during the workshop and bring home another piece to practice with home oven. Please bring 2 containers for your pizza (if there’s any left!) and dough.
Maximum 10 adult participants. An adult can bring one child (between 8 & 12 years old) at no additional fee.
